Responsible Gambling
Chicken Road and other casino games are entertainment. Every round is random, the house has an edge over time, and no strategy, “predictor” or bot can guarantee a win. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
Age Requirements
You must be 19 or older to gamble in most Canadian provinces and territories. The minimum age is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Stay in Control
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start — and stick to them.
- Use deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools offered by your casino.
- Never chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
- Don’t gamble when you are stressed, upset or under the influence.
- Take regular breaks — Chicken Road rounds are fast, so time passes quickly.
Warning Signs
- Spending more money or time than you planned.
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling.
- Gambling to win back losses or to escape problems.
- Borrowing money or selling things to gamble.

Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop, ask your casino to close your account or exclude you for a set period, and use blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker on your devices. Provincial self-exclusion programs cover provincially regulated sites only, so also exclude yourself directly at any international casino where you have an account.
